  • How do I know which size to order?
    Sizing largely depends on your individual facial features and head size, as well as your personal style. The majority of VIVEUR wearers will fall into our “Average” size range.
  • Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
    Viveur’s sunglass lenses provide optimal protection against UV radiation (harmful rays from the sun).
  • The frame I’m looking for is out of stock. When will it be available again?
    If the frame you’re looking for is out of stock, please sign up for out-of-stock notifications on the product page. Please enter your email address and we’ll notify you when the frame is back in stock.
  • Where are your frames and lenses made?
    Designed and prototyped in the north of Italy, all Viveur Eyewear are handmade, using the highest quality materials, real hardware, and hinges that are riveted through the temple and frame fronts to ensure the sturdiest construction possible. On average, a Viveur frame requires approximately 130+ steps until completion and is expertly crafted by our craftsmen in Veneto. Our sun lenses are made in Italy by SEL OPTICAL & DIVEL.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your order you will receive an email with a link from the courier to track your order or simply log in to your account and track the status of order.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Klarna, as well as many preferred international payment options.
  • Is my payment secure?
    Protecting your sensitive data is important to Viveur, and we have taken several steps to ensure all of your data is secure.
  • Is sales tax added to my order?
    All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax on non-prescription orders
  • How do I clean my glasses?
    For a quick clean, blow loose particles off your frames first, and then clean with the VIVEUR cleaning patch provided with your glasses. For a deep clean, add a drop of liquid dish soap (moisturizer-free) to a bowl of water big enough to submerge your frames. Soak for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a premium paper towel or a soft cloth. On the rare occasion when you aren’t actually wearing your Viveur Eyewear, please store in its protective case to avoid damage or exposure to direct sunlight. Lenses are scratch resistant, but not scratch proof, so treat your frame gingerly. Follow this mantra: If not on your face, keep in the case!
  • How to clean your glasses when you are at the beach?
    We advise you during the summer season in seaside locations to always rinse the eyeglass with fresh water before cleaning the eyeglass with the cleaning cloth. Salt water or sand could scratch the lens while cleaning the eyeglass or ruin the frame especially in metal eyeglasses.
